My bet is that they simply used a video file (maybe from Youtube), and added sounds later, probably from another video, and from the arcade game.
I do not know if this is the MSX version or not but I would also think it might be a mix of some video with some other possibly unrelated audio. Hollywood often shows computer screens which are nothing like I have ever seen in reality. Computer geeks in the movies rarely use Windows or Mac OS X. Instead they use something which looks more like Linux with lots of typing of commands which do not exist in the real world.
I think LeandroCorreia is right;

Same score, same enemy and bullets layout. I think the 'pause' text before the sequence begins has been added later.
Thanks, Vincent. I think you got exactly the video they used.
Hello all of you, I'm the one who made the video (zhouluyi on youtube) and I would like to thank you all for bringing this to my attention. When I saw the movie I did noticed that it was the MSX version, but I never thought that it could me my video.
I was trying to dig out who in fact discovered this and checking on the Youtube Analytics I found this forum and now I can personally thank Vicent for findind it and Leandro for making the first comparison.
I made a reddit post where I posted the proof that this is my video: http://www.reddit.com/r/Avengers/comments/1l44jc/i_was_that_...
Someone told me it could also be the SG-1000 or Coleco version. Quite possible, since it's an American movie.
Colecovision version is a porting 2014 by MSX, while SG 1000 has different format for score and range.
