The latter part of your sentence: "not the T7937" I.e. there's a pin to configure the video standard.
Which? I do not see it.

That pinout is incomplete. Some of the missing pins are present in the schematics of the computers listed in that page.
But this is something that should be discussed in WIKI discussion thread, not here.
672€.
I have the impression that we have helped to make the price of this auction soar...
Pentarou, you say I'm wrong in insinuating that it is easy to verify while I say myself that Arabic countries, Italy and Spain used PAL at 50hz and Brazil used PAL-M at 60Hz. So there must be something missing. And now you don't mean why here? What is your goal? Why didn't you just add what's missing in the wiki? If you don't know how to edit the wiki you can say so here, it's not off topic and it would have avoided useless posts.
Pinouts are not my speciality, but I think the pins should be ordered in numerical order, so it would be easier to read the table and optionally detect the missing pins in the wiki.
Hello everyone I finally managed to start PC-70100. Photos Findings so far:
- NTSC, not PAL
- The character set is basically Japanese though some characters like 1 bit kanjis are missing.
- The blank key works as RETURN and not as kana or code. Kana is enabled/disabled by pushing > and / keys together.
- 2.5 mm center positive 9VDC power works fine. Power consumption measured by 1 SPOT mA Meter is around 194 mA.
- External disk drive is recognized but doesn't work and returns Disk I/O error.
- Slot configuration displayed by Tiny Slot Checker booted with GR8NET is this
- Several MSX roms worked fine in the slot.
So you are now the lucky owner of this rare prototype!
Congrats, and thanks for all the info
Note: the RAM is in slot 0, page 3 what normal for (?most) MSX1 with only 16kB - It is not an expanded slot, so we can't say slot 0-3
Oh I was not looking at the slot map carefully.
Thanks for feedback. It is necessary to plan wider for the power supply. It is necessary to plan wider for the power for the power supply. The 200mA is the idle consumption and without the execution of a resource-intensive program, without power-hungry device.
Can you dump the ROM please?
