What is written at bottom? I mean on technical data. Picture is blurred.
The text on the bottom is exactly same as that on FS-A1 (FS-A1 battery location" here); don't leave it in the sun, use only the dedicated power source, etc.
These texts say this:

- GRAPH does not lock, like on any MSX. There's no KANA key but the kana mode activated by workaround keys stays like all other MSX with the KANA key.
Actually, on Philips VG-8000 and VG-8010, GRAPH does lock At least, that's what I put in the openMSX configuration back then, I hope I wasn't mistaken.

Maybe the Toshiba T6950 integrated in Toshiba T7937 would give colors that are different according it is used in PAL or NTSC mode? Until now, we knew only PAL machines with T9737 , the Nikko PC-70100 is the only one using NTSC.
What about the Gradiente Expert Plus and Expert DD Plus?

PAL-M is not fully equal to NTSC, the exception being the encoding of the colour carrier!

My point being that the T9737 of these Gradiente machines have the chip wired to output NTSC, not PAL.
In that characterset, check the 1D character! It's like the JP character set, but only the top 2 lines were not erased?!
I uploaded the PC-70100 color palette bars which I appreciate to be added to the wiki. Color 10 is slightly yellow but honestly I cannot tell 11 and 14 from 15. Source code if you are curious ;)
Isn't this just a problem in the video circuit?
It might be but I don't know which part deteriorated and impacted what.
I have converted the video output from PC-70100 to HDMI via Framemeister and now COLOR 10/11/14/15 are discernible (updated palette photo) though still apart from the standard colors. I indeed know Framemeister "makes up"=adds something to the original. Should I buy a HDMI capture device instead of taking inaccurate photos? Curiously the output from Framemeister disappears every 4 second or so and stay blackened for about 2 seconds.
I am more and more doubting PC-70100 really is NTSC. I thought if it's PAL the MSX screen would wobble frantically like when I execute VDP(10)=2 with an NTSC MSX+NTSC display, but modern LCD TV might autodetect NTSC/PAL.
Sidenote: When converted by Framemeister, an NTSC MSX after VDP(10)=2 doesn't wobble but is displayed in grayscale. Note Framemeister accepts PAL.

Plate: Above the Panasonic-standard warning, there is a same shaped elaborately defaced square. I failed to "read" it with both my eyes and finger, but if it was similar to that on FS-A1F it originally indicated the (perhaps false) model number and power rating.
I wonder if Nikko the excellent plastic crafter could copy a Panasonic casing by eg making a mold out of the original.

Why don't you use the Full Status option in the Frame Meister menu to check the signal coming from the PC-70100?
