Thanks, but, you must be joking.
Since I've been one of your LinkedIn contacts for so long anyway, you can ask me anytime, bro, anytime..
Everyone here knows that you CAN produce a cool game for MSX or whatever platform!
Seriously, I'm not joking.
Congratulations the rearrangement is really great.
Can you publish your Mp3's somewhere?
Of course I remember Linkedin! I even know that you studied on the Huygens Lyceum from 92 to 97!
True, Titanic is a whole different take. It is far from a rip-off, actually not at all, but I think the inspirations are clear -
not especially in the 'descending' chord progression and bassline/ground tone (that's done in so many songs), but later on in the song, in the way the melody 'plays' around the tone scale ladder seems obvious to me.
This song you linked to, it's cool, I didn't know it. Yes, that's the Canon in D allright.
Actually, do you know this game...

It had an FM-PAC reworking of the Canon in D in the soundtrack.
This game is a whole different story. I got it for free because I was an MCCM subscriber, but no-one then knew that THIS game was a total #@$% rip-off from an existing PC game.
Oh well, Erik van Bilsen.. bless his soul, anyway.
Seriously, I'm not joking.
Congratulations the rearrangement is really great.

ROFLOL
Well then, thanks again!
Yes, I did study there.
If you would really want an MP3 or even a .wav, I can send it to you (you got my e-mail too since I once tested one of your conversions) or maybe I can put it on the 'downloads' section from MRC.
All kinds of stuff and re-arrangements will be put on that 'certain' URL which is at the end of that YouTube movie, but I should find the time first to build the site.
Here is the title track of Auf Wiedersehen Monty, as played in a rehearsal session of well-known C64 gametune-coverband "Press Play On Tape" -
the guy who is playing the flute has actually co-composed the tune!!!

Wow, that's incredible! I could pay good money too see those guys playing live! :)
