Today I found this item ( Sakhr FD720 ) in a bazaar for garbage & scrap ( where you can find Things has been thrown out to the garbage).
I bought it for 1$ .
The power light turn on when I connect it with the MSX , also MSX recognize it , but when I write the command "files" the result was "Disk offline" !
So , did it need a repair from inside ?

Most likely yes. But first check if the same diskette can be read on another MSX computer with a disk drive.

Damn, thats a nice find, considering the price even if its broken.

It looks like it have taken some beating though. Perhaps opening it up, check if any IC:s are socketed, try to reseat them if so / etc.

The drive doesnt react at all when you send commands to it?

And it says MSX-DOS is installed on boot?

Nice find indeed! Is it a clone of the Panasonic FS-FD1A or a completely new design?

It's funny that there is no separate power supply for the drive

Panasonic have a FDD with this same form factor.

It's very nice to see a "new" MSX item in 2017!!!

2DD disk, you would need to cover the hole on (which side was it...) 2HD disk to make the drive think its a 2DD disk.
