You need a new drive belt. Without it the drive is just a useless piece of metal and plastic.

Is there and specific dimensions for the drive belt ?
Is there any other solution if i didn't find a such belt !

You shouldn't have a problem finding the belt, it looks like you just need to get the belt for the Panasonic drive you posted.
If it still doesn't work, you would need to replace the drive with a modified PC drive. (Or even a Gotek floppy emulator.)

I found a kind of hard rubber, it looks like the drive belt but less thickness.
in this photo you can see a part from the origenal drive belt ( thikness 3mm ) and the new rubber ( thikness about 0.5 mm )

I brought about 15 of it so I could find the appropriate dimensions, at the end I find one suitable for the drive and its work perfectly.
