Do we have any owners of the Sunrise Video9000 here?

Note: It's a different card from the GFX9000.

The whole point of this thread is figure out who have it to aid reverse engineering of the digitizer part so it could be documented and shared. Right ?

I am sorry, but I can't help you with that...

If you want to do that, you could just ask Sunrise...

Certainly I could ... But would them want to help out ? I don't think so ... >_<

These hardware devices are beyond rare and I bet you can count they exist in numbers less than 100 units worldwide...

You don't know until you ask...

AFAIK there exist 25 units. But as snout said: you don't know until you ask. Perhaps you can even ask them in a way that is also useful for them: we want to make a new batch ("we produce ourselves, risk is ours") and need your help for the design. Then it might be a win-win.

26...

And indeed. Sunrise won't produce any new batch because of the large amount of manual labour involved (for converting Gfx9000 to Video9000). Producing new Video9000 is not an option for them due to either the price or the availability of the necessary components.

I think they would be very open to sharing the design with a party that has access to the components and the willingness to invest the necessary time and money.
