I bought mine from Pablibris, but he's using the same latest firmware as 8btiz. My options read:
00 CF DefConfig: RAM+IDE+FMPAC+SCC
01 KS F-1 SPIRIT
02 MR JETPAC
03 MR SHMUP!
04 MR TXUPINAZO
05 MR SELENIAK
06 K4 SHALOM (SP)
07 KS NEMESIS 2

Oh yes! I gave the formatting one more try.
I used the HDDLLF.4.40 to do a superformat and the formated in Windows with FAT and 64k (alkolreingssomething its called in Swedish, guess its a weird word for partition). I even gave my cartridge some cleaning on the socket just to be sure (it was needed, black q-tips, euwh!) and viola the Nextor DOS booted instead of basic Big smile

How do I delete a single entries?

I've tried to start c2man with "c2man /su" but when I choose Browse/edit cartridge's directroy I get the same screen as when starting without "/su". The only way I've managed to erase entire is through the Erase all direcotries option in the Service meny, which is not much help when you try to create a directory of functioning boot entries.

Btw has anyone manage to boot the Nemesis 3 patch?
or Vampire Killer with SCC-patch?
or Ikari Warriors on Rom?

The two last roms mention does not get any mapper recognition by c2man, but I couldn't get them to work in any mapper mode. Maybe they only run in Sofarom?

Please read the readme.txt file and check the repository for RCP files and new tools. Don't use /su option or you risk to destroy the critical data on the flashROM chip and you will need to flash the boot block and bioses again.

https://github.com/RBSC/Carnivore2

The mappers of the patched ROMs may not be detected well by our tools, but you can try to select the mapper manually when writing a ROM into the flash chip. The SCC-patched ROMs are using Konami SCC mapper. If you can't run some games, please send the ROMs to me and I will create RCP files for them.

Alexey and your team, thanks for the great update. It works very well, and the 93C46 eeprom still stores ;-)
Best regards,

Thanks for the link. I will be careful with c2man
I've found the RCP-file for Ikari warriors and Manbow 2 and will try them when I get a hang on the rcp-thing.

I also tried using the Nemesis 3 patch on a new rom, this time using the rom in your carnivore-set (NEMESI3K.rom). This time I managed to start the game but It crashes as soon as I enter the first stage (original Nemesis 3 without patch works though).
I tried the same with Vampire Killer using the rom form the c2-set (RC-744.rom) But no luck with this one either. The patch I use for Vampire Killer can be found on this page:

As I said - send me the patched ROMs, I will try to find the solution.

What exactly is happening when you are applying RCP files to Ikari and Manbow2? I tried those RCPs myself and they worked. But Manbow should be patched as described in the readme file for the RCPs.

EDIT: I missed the RCP-file for Nemesis 3. But the RCP-file is for version 1.02. Is there any available for 1.03?

Thanks Alexey. I'll send you Vampire Killer in a minute. I have yet to try the Ikari and Manbow2 RCP. As I wrote earlier, I just started to use the device so I'm mostly trying out many differenet games at the current. I send you an email If I run into trouble with MB2 and Ikari later on Smile
