This is a floppy drive for MSX machines. So, to answer your question, it's possible to connect it to an MSX machine.

But probably you'll need an FDD interface like this one

AFAIK this interface can only be connected without adapters to the bus expansion of Daewoo MSX machines.

Alaadeen: That interface is meant to be used with the "Expansion bus" on the back of a Daewoo manufactured MSX. In the case of Arabic countries, this would locally have been these machines:
https://www.msx.org/wiki/Perfect_MSX1
https://www.msx.org/wiki/Perfect_MSX2

Not sure if the pin-out of the expansion bus on those Daewoo manufactured machines is pin for pin compatible with an MSX cartridge slot. If it is, it would be fairly trivial to create a MSX cartridge for it to which you can attach the interface.

In any case, looks like another interface from which the ROM has not yet been dumped... Piter, do you have this interface yourself, and if so are you able to dump the ROM?

The problem with that is, that interface is meant to be used with standard PC disk drives. And we don't know if the pin layout on the CPF-350 follows the standard PC floppy order. Various MSX disk drive interfaces are known to need a different layout for which an adapter is needed to convert to the correct pin layout.

But I think Modding the cable to make it work with FFDDI would be easy and simple with some research
Any one did try to make such work I will need his informations for sure

According this picture, the connector seems to be a extension bus. If this is the case, the interface is integrated into the case with the drive. You need only a ribbon cable (50pin) if your MSX has a extension bus. The ribbon cables with two polarizer bars are hard to find by cons. You must probably remove it with a file or change the connector.

If we can change the connector to something easier to connect and work with will be cool
I will open this unit and upload photos from the inside
