Yes it should: http://www.msx.org/forum/semi-msx-talk/emulation/openmsx-arm.... If you can run Linux-ARM on it, you can probably run openMSX on it.

Don't know about the performance though. As soon as these things can be ordered again, I'll order one and let you know as soon as I get it ;)
