If I understand what you are saying, you have many MSX cartridges but you don't want to use its in your MSX slot, right?
There are many others ways such copies on a simple floppy, flash rom,etc...else you can use an MSX emulator on your PC

For ROMs upto 32 KB, you can load them directly using the cassette interface if you first convert them to WAV using some tool such as microwaver, WAVeR, etc. Then you replay the WAV in a PC/CD player/DVD player/MP3/etc. and load it into your computer with a simple BLOAD"CAS:",R

For ROMs bigger than that, you'll require additional hardware. The SD reader is a cool gadget, but you'll need additional hardware to run megaROMs though.

Buy this: http://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-426915051-msx-msx2-ms...
And download this: http://www.alsoftware.com.br/adrianpage/index.php?page=msxexec

You'll be able to run everything up to 256k roms. I think only Metal Gear II would not be supported.

The easiest way if you have a floppy disk drive or a tape as Pitan said
You still have an other option by buying the flash here http://www.msxcartridgeshop.com/

It's not possible to download a .ROM using Bload.
Connecting a DVD player would also be too hard to bother.
If you're serious about playing something on your real MSX, get the flash

If you think it's too expensive, just continue using blueMSX. All other options would either be too hard to explain or cost you some money.

The AL ALAMIAH AX-170 is a diskless MSX1, 64KB RAM.

1) For ROMs up to 32KB, you will need at least a floppy drive interface. Them you can use the tool ExecROM to load them on MSX-DOS. Tecnobytes sells an IDE+mapper interface that works on MSX1 computers and allows them to run MSX-DOS2. It could be a better option than a floppy disk interface.

2) If you want also to run games bigger than 32KB, you'll need to buy the MegaFlashRO SCC+ from the MSX Cartridge Shop (linked above by supmsx).
