Thank you PAC and sorry for the late reply.

I've bought a Philips NMS 8250 with Azerty Keyboard.

Can anyone help me change the Azerty Rom to Qwerty so i can change the Keyboard?. Also want to add more memory and if possible update it to MSX-DOS 3.0 .

Best regards,
Smile Pedro Torres Smile

Hi Pedro in order to have a international keyboard or Spanish Keyboard you will need to burn a ROM with a copy of the language you want to work with.
These Philips computers have 3 ROMs that could be removed easily, one holds the Basic, other for the FDD and the other the keyboard language. So If you have a friend with an MSX2 8250-55-80 on a language you like. take the chip out and do a copy of it with an eprom programer.
Several time ago I try to do the same as you are trying from international keyboard to spanish keyboard and find not a single ROM on internet with the languages for the Philips. If you like to have a Spanish Keyboard Rom I may be able to email you one but need time to do it.

Hi Daniel, any help you can give me is apreciated. My intention is swap for English if possible.

1 eprom with English Language
1 eprom with Fast Disk Rom
1 eprom for the Updated Basic in English

Or the files to burn in Eprom's

All the best,
Pedro Torres

In this case you would need to seek for any NMS8250-55-80 and make a copy of those Eproms. what I could do for you is sent you a copy of the files I already have in Spanish but I need to take them from my computer and make the copy for you if you are interested and that would take me some time.

Best regards,
Pedro Torres
