Make RGB output from VDP V9918/28.

Hi.
Is it very difficult to make a RGB output from a V9918/28 vdp ? It should be possible. I am not going to try with a MSX but maybe with a Memotech MTX, RGB to connect to a scart connector, or maybe to a component if possible, but its not RGB I guess ?

TMS9918 vdp outputs composite video. So you first have to decomposite the output signal into R G and B signals.

If there is some IC on the market that does the job for you then its not all that hard to accomplish.

The 9928 is much easier, since it has R Y B outputs. And this is the VDP used on most MSX-1 PAL computers sold in Europe.
