I would love to see the same board made for Sony MSX2+ machines (and I mean so well finished). After all, the Panasonic series are easily upgraded with some piggybacking...
jltursan, can you measure the distance between chips of the sony board for me? I can draw an easily home-made board for you, but I have no sony MSX to test it on.

Hi, there is, although not the same board but another one and with 256kB, look here: http://kpark.co.kr/2768421 Maybe also 512kB is possible, but I'm not sure...
@Alexandre_Taito: Thanks!, there's already a board designed by another brazilian user, take a look here: Expandindo a Mapper dos MSX Sony XDJ e XV para 256k. The objective is having it available (as a kit or already built) from someone with professional quality.
@Retrofan: Cool!. This one looks as good as the first.
I suppose that it never was commercialized in any way, at least in western countries... :( . And indeed a 512K mod could be very interesting and supposedly easy to add (no idea about the pinout of the MB670836).
Btw, it's me, or the Korean PCB has an incorrect IC number printed (MB678036 instead MB670836)? :). Maybe there're two different IC controllers...
