Hello SUNRISE MSX NL,

I ordered about a month ago, two small cartridge for MSX,
and still have not arrived at their destination at my house in Italy.

How come this serious delay?

Don't feel too bad, I've not gotten my recent Sunrise order either and I placed my order on January 22nd. : ) I have been advised that it can sometimes take awhile, so best to just be patient unless it goes a bit longer than a month. I've been contacting Rob Hiep directly whenever I wanted to oder something or ask a question about something and he'll usually respond pretty quickly within a day or so. I'm just going to give a little while longer on my package and hope it arrives soon. I do live in America so it does need to travel a ways.

I ordered a DENYONET and some small cartridge cases 2 months ago and still have not seen anything... Tried to contact Sunrise directly through the address mentioned there without any luck.

Does anyone know another way to contact Sunrise?

Unfortunately also I was buy two small cartridge case, about 3 months ago......
and I'm still waiting for that to arrive, to no avail ....

I think which in this time the SUNRISE for MSX, is not more.....
I stayed there very badly .....
What are you not a part of their.......

My main contact for Sunrise has always been Rob Hiep as well at that very same address:

That sucks though that you all are not able to get your items for such a long time. The last time I had posted in this thread, I was waiting as well, but I got my games after about a month. Two months / Three months is a very long time to be waiting. Is there anyone who knows Rob personally that could or would be willing to go check on his status?

Did you pay through Paypal? When I ordered my last items and waited for about two months I opened the Paypal dispute and the service was fast after that from Sunrise side. Tongue

@Akigushi: After a number of email inqueries without response I did file a dispute with Paypal. Not sure if it will help as Paypal only covers dispute for transactions that are less than 45 days old (I did order 3 months ago) but hopefully this will motivate Sunrise to fullfill the order...

They won't, all stock is empty and he promised to send back my money while I never send him money lol. I think he should remove the website as it still offers products that are out of stock.
