Have you ever seen or even heard of this one? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2AJ0W9T86I
I think this will be a National branded product.
First of all the self test has a date of 1985.5.17 which is before they changed to the Panasonic brand in Japan.
And the self-test prints a Japanese MSX character set, so it is a printer/plotter for the Japanese market.
Too bad he does not give some overview shots of the device.

It is indeed a National product. And he also has a screen dump cartridge, National FS-SR200 which was also missing from the wiki and genmsx.
That FS-SR200 look very much like Chakkari Copy.... could be a National OEM version of it. We should get a ROM dump so we can see whether the ROM looks different, showing National branding, for instance.
Question is who the actual OEM is in this case, is it Epson or National, or someone else entirely?
unfortunately i don't have manuals of chakkari copy to read some copyrights...
maybe the rom and pcb could help?
read the rumsx help, or pcb and rom are here: www.msxit.org
Just seeing a screenshot of this cartridge running on an MSX can already show something. E.g. does it show the same as the Chakkari Copy cart or does it show National? Or something else?
If it shows the same as Chakkari Copy, you know it's just the same thing with a different label. In other cases you still don't really know of course
