Hi.
Hello all.
I have a Panasonic Turbo R and when I load a Metal Gear 2 from a floppy, there is no sound, other games have. There is sound on the MSX 2plus.
Can someone tell me why there is no sound?
What is it related to?

If it's an ST, you might have 256kB. If so, there's your problem.

If I remember correctly, the disk crack of Metal Gear 2 only plays music on machines with at least 512K RAM (when the game is already fully loaded into 256K RAM, there is literally no room in the memory for the music anymore).
Besides that, to get actual music besides some PSG drums and basslines in the first place, it requires an SCC (like every Konami soundtrack does that was designed for SCC).

During the testing, one more topic arose:
when trying to run the BEER IDE, it shows the message: "Not enought memory" with what it can be binding? I've tried the processor, it's the R800, is it bad or not?
Podpowiedzcie.

Hello all.
I added 256kB (I used AAA1M204P x2pcs) and now I have 512kB - there is sound in MG2. However, the same message is still in BEER IDE. Does anyone have any idea and suggest?
