Why you want to rewire them, are they broken?
In any case, I'd check some standard molex (PC power misnomer - I think the correct term is AMP MATE-N-LOK Series ???) connectors. They are ubiquitous, and they (females) might have the same caliber as the male headers on the (MB/PSU) boards (haven't checked, though). Granted you will need to dismantle one, but that way you should be able to make a functional solution - make sure the connectors can not short, however!
