There appeared to be some confusion in the Wiki about the disk that was included with this computer, the wiki incorrectly claimed it had MSX-DOS on it, which cannot be as MSX-DOS did not become available until much later. Obviously the reviews and ads for the computer also don't mention it being included.

There is a picture in the Wiki that shows an EPROM chip labeled "ART 2". If this is the FD version, then the program is included inside the computer.
Maybe some kind of "CALL ART" or so, can start it.
The included disk, maybe is a simple program to start it and includes some examples, fonts, or something else.

So back to my reaction, please do a redump of the roms with the tools from the link Wink One of those tools should show the slot layout and would reveal if it indeed contains a firmware with the software.

Thanks for noticing that! I was also a litle confused by the description of the disk content: "The provided floppy disk contains a sprite animation utility", because it's different from the description of HIT-BIT ART: "graphic editor and title editor".

Btwn i think that the utility disk is also probably provided with the HBD-100 disk drive - https://www.msx.org/wiki/Sony_HBD-100

So, for the ROMS, we have 2 roms in the HB-701 computer (Main-ROM and firmware ROM) and 3 roms in the HB-701FD (Main-ROM, Disk ROM and firmware ROM). Also a dump of the floppy disk with the sprite utility is required.
