What slotexpander is this and is there a schematic available

I bought the following slot-expander:

Does someone know who is the manufacturer of this expander.
The expander is supposed to work with an external 5Volt supply, but I tested it without this power supply and it seems to work just fine.

Thanks. Don't have a clue about all the functions it supports but I does for me what it has to do.
