Compile Debugger OpenMsx with Visual Studio, problems

I get these errors, I think it's because it can't find the "LibQtToolsDir" system variable, and it can't create the "moc_" files to continue compiling the program. I don't know what to do and I am very interested in getting this code. Isn't there a more explicit guide?
NOTE: I don't have python installed, but I guess it's not necessary if I just want to use Visual Studio.

Yes, I installed it last night.
It's on this route.
Maybe I should manually include the path in visual studio?
