Please try the new feature in the OSD menu: when you select a machine in the list, you immediately get information about whether the machine will work or not and if not, it will show you the error you'd get.

OpenMSX 19.1 is out and I'm missing one ROM:
mpc-310h.rom

Also, casio_KB-7 still complains about missing sexondary tag...bla bla bla

Casio KB-7 is meant to work only with the Casio PV-7. It needs a certain slot configuration.

It is called hitachi.rom on some site. It is mentioned in a WTS item on this site.

In the trading and collecting section, "Want To Sell". So the hardware has been up for sale, and the rom has been dumped in the process.

You mean: hitachi_mpc-310h.rom

Next time, post the correct file name. That one is already on site.
