@manuel
is ther a way to add the command line input

reverse stop
set maxframeskip 100

in Catapult to use these BEFORE the emulation starts?
Everytime I change machine and come back to the BOOSTED MSXTURBOR WITH IDE machine with the MegaFlashRomSCC+SD extension and the 2000mb.DSK as HardDisk it starts again to calc HASH for each .dsk

The maxframeskip is a setting that is saved, so it is now on 100 for you until you change it to something else. It's not related to the hash calculation.

If you don't want the hash calculation at all, disable reverse like this: http://openmsx.org/manual/commands.html#auto_enable_reverse

So do
set auto_enable_reverse off
and it won't automatically start again.

For actually using that setup (point 6), you don't need the script. You can simply select any suitable machine in Catapult and the MegaFlashROMSCC+ SD extension and it will boot with the extension using the SDcard image you created.

The auto_enable_reverse setting is saved once you typed it into the console, just like the maxframeskip setting (which you only need to copy stuff faster in step 5).

Another suggestion: intstead of images, why not write it in the forum or on the Wiki, using forum or wiki formatting? Then the links are clickable too.

Finally it could be a good idea to choose the .sdc to use in the same way OpenMSX uses for .dsk files while now the Sd are "hardware related" and it is not possible to change them on-the-fly.

But you can do this exactly like IDE. You can use the hda command (and Catapult) to change the SD card image on the fly.
