I was just playing Theseus, when I saw the real title of this game, which is "ILIGKS Episode One - Theseus" (showed on the initial screen if you let the game playing by itself)...

The evidence:

Then I start googling for it, and found several references (all from dead websites) of a "ILIGKS Epidode IV"...

Is it true? Is there an "ILIGKS Ep. IV"? Is there an episiode II and III? I love this game, and if there is some sequences, I'd love to see them!

Iligks episode IV was better known outside Japan as The Maze of Illegus, a 3D maze game. I never found anything about episodes II or III, though.

Nice game, but I know it by a different name: IRIEGAS. Is it then the same game? Quite a curious evolution of game concept! Omnidirectional scrolling platform game vs. first person maze exploring. About IRIEGAS, I love the smooth (not kidding) day-to-night transition and the sunset effect.

Well, the original name is イリーガス (IRIIGASU), and I couldn't found an official translations, so I suppose no one is better than the others (Illigks, Iriegas, Illegus, Ire Gas, etc).

I really love the Illegus maze game. What I like most is the sound-effect. The closer the monster the more nervous the sound gets, great game! (Much better than Halflife!)

Is there a copy of the manual for Illegus available anywhere?
I have always been curious to see if there are any tips available.
Any information is welcome.

The first Theseus game is also available to play on Sega Saturn through Game Basic for Sega Saturn.
