OK, that's strange. Perhaps it MUST have the filename specified:
saverom dummy.rom /s ?

kanima wrote:

Yes, it MUST have the filename. Just read the usage that is output by the program when started incorrectly:
saverom <filename> [/S].

Thank you ( Manuel ) . Thank you ( kanima ).
Now it works.
My fault was (File name & space) ..
I got .Rom files for each slot.
so what is the next step ?

kanima: yeah, I'm aware of that notation, but I kind of overlooked it, because I didn't expect you would need to specify a filename if you only want the slotmap. Anyway...

alshamaa: next steps are executing the other steps as mentioned in that README file. So run the other test programs and make images of the output.

Can you dump the ROMs of that Arabic DPC-200 and make some photographs of the mainboard, and run MSXMEM2.BAS?
Also, did you get this problem also without that patch?

let we return back to the first problem . it was about the patched file of Nemesis 3 ( bad graphics and bugs with Daewoo DPC-200 -Arabic edition).
what was you thinking about ?
how can I run the dumped Rom file of the Daewoo DPC-200 with emulator ?

You'll first have to know the slot layout and some other details about the machine in order to be able to write a machine configuration file, which uses the ROMs. Did you already run MSXMEM.BAS and put the output online?

Great, very useful!
Which hardware did you plug in which cartridge slot to make these pictures?

Can you make some photographs of the computer's main board so I can read the text on the chips?

It is Perfect MSX1 ( Daewoo DPC-200 Arabic ) .

Also please look at this:

Just some precisions for Manuel :

1 - the blueMSX config is based on real dumps and MSXMEM.BAS results for the structure
2 - the XML file is based on the blueMSX config and the (? your) XML file for Daewoo CPC-300, that's why it indicates S-1985 Engine (actually it's Daewoo DW64MX1) and YM-2149 (actually, it's AY-3-8910)
3 - Why refer to CPC-300 instead of DPC-200 ? Because Perfect MSX1 has slot 0 extended, just like the Daewoo MSX2's.

alshamaa: and you used MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD in slot 1 to do the dumping?

Can you make the slot-durmps you made available somewhere? Then they can be investigated.

The pictures are nice, thanks! I do wonder which exact VDP chip is inside it. It cannot be seen due to the cooling plate. Perhaps it's on the PCB somewhere? Near the VDP or on the back, maybe?
