Penguin Adventure! fun and long gameplay, but difficut to find in ebay or similar

I've seen this game, it's one MSX title I would be willing to pay a bit more for. I absolutely love the pseudo 3D effect Smile

Maze of Galious. Again not an MSX2 title. But I spend ages playing it as a kid.

It's for the MSX2. An nearly arcade-perfect port. You can buy it at the MSX Cartridge Shop.

From the same store, I would also recommend as do not miss:

  • Who Dares Wins MSX2
  • Head Over Heels MSX2
  • Batman MSX2
  • Tina's Adventure Island (MSX1, with smooth scroll on MSX2+)

The Matra Boutique also sells many good MSX1/MSX2 games. These are the ones I would recommend as do not miss:

  • Moskow 2024 (MSX2)
  • Ghost (MSX1)
  • Prisioner of War (MSX1)
  • The Invasion of Zombie Monsters (MSX1)
  • BitLogic (MSX1)
  • Xspelunker (MSX1)

Last, but not least, ReproFactory is another box of gems. In this store, my do not miss list is:

  • Bomb Jack (MSX2)
  • Booming Boy (MSX2)
  • Joust - The Arcade (MSX1)
  • Zombie Incident (MSX1, with a splendid soundtrack by John Hassink)
  • Uridium (MSX1)

I forgot to mention that those are all homebrews. But they're the cream of the crop of the homebrews, and all of them look just like professional games. The art and finish of the sets is also perfect. I have each one of them in the dearest collectible section of my MSX cabinet.

...or buy a Flash cartridge from MSX Cartridge Shop and load whatever you want on it.

MSX2, as topic requests.
