<bump>
Didn’t you ask this earlier already?
Also, some quotes from elsewhere:
I always use Fatsorter on my pc to sort my MSX sd cards. It obviously accepts FAT16 and can sort subdirectories as well. It saves you some waiting as well.
Tip: For those running some unix flavour and OS-X, fatsort works like a charm.
There is no sorting utility for FAT16 on MSX itself.
CF with multi-partitions for Sunrise interface are unmountable on Mac without compromising the partition table since OSX v10.7. Hidden files are also a problem, even on PC. A MSX version of Fatsort for FAT16 would be very appreciable but there must not be many competent programmers who have time to program it.

That's weird. I always mounted my CF cards (either Sunrise of Nextor) with two partitions on Mac OS-X without any trouble. It even recognizes and mount both partitions.
If you use partitions made with the driver for Nextor, it's normal. This is the only advantage of this driver.
