Good programs to backup disk images on windows 10?

I am backing up some MSX disks to Disk Images. My msx drive is not functional at the moment. Some disks I have tried to back succeed, but specifically 360kb disks or disks with issues or protection I have little luck with on PC. Is there a better option for these situations on windows 10 then for instance diskmanager?
