Hi, I have problems with these games and I don't understand how to run them. Please can you help me?

MSX2:
1) the Great Gianna sisters: I run the zipped .dsk game, but after the boot it appears this screen: https://i.postimg.cc/NjBYtMBQ/Immagine2.png

2) Contra (Gyzor) and Dead or Alive: I run the zipped .dsk games, but for both games it appears this screen: https://i.postimg.cc/6q9489hx/Immagine.png

3) Akin: After the SUNRISE logo, there is the FDD icon blinking for 5/6 seconds and then there is a black screen

4) Magnar: after loading disk 1, it appears this screen: https://i.postimg.cc/cCvCQJ6p/Immagine3.png

thank you very much!

1) Boot with CTRL key pressed.
2) Contra (Gryzor) needs at least 128K (if you have the right crack). There might even be a 256K version, but I didn't have that in the past. I never heard of Dead or alive.
3) Akin needs 128K as well.
4) And Magnar needs 128K as well.

Which computer do you have? Is it modded? Have you plugged anything into a cartridge slot?
I suspect your computer of being either Japanese (they mostly were released with 64K) or something else with too little ram. To be sure, run those dsk files in openMSX emulating your computer. They'll probably not work there either.

Edit: I checked your screenshots again and I overlooked that they were screenshots from openMSX and not of a real computer. My suspicion seems to be valid. You use a computer with just 64K of ram. Try another MSX. I'd choose a turbo R (Panasonic FS-A1ST or FS-A1GT). They'll do.

the message in the Giana Sisters one is Dutch for "boot with CTRL", which means you need to hold the CTRL key till your MSX gives its boot beep. This will free up some memory by not reserving the RAM for a second disk drive.

Some games (especially MSX1 games run on certain models of MSX2 machines, iirc) might also have issues due to memory not being in the expected (sub)slot (IIRC). Games developed on a Philips machine might often for instance use POKE 1,-170, which could cause issues on other machines.
If such cases, the universal poke of POKE -1,(15-PEEK(-1)\16)*17 might come in handy.

He is emulating an FS-A1FX, so indeed only 64k.

And since he's using an emulator, he'd better use the ROM version to play Contra as well.

You chose to use the Panasonic FS-A1FX machine in openMSX.
In openMSX's Catapult choose a machine with more ram. Left top pull-down menu in Session tab: MSX type.
Find Panasonic FS-A1GT. You'll see that Gianna Sisters will work then as well.

ah ok, so is it better to set as default machine Panasonic FS-A1GT? in this way all the games will work?

I tried the games:

1) Giana sisters and Akin work perfectly now with this machine. Dead or alive too, but it seems that it is only possible to play in 2 player mode...
2) Magnar: it started now, but i can't go ahead after this screen: https://i.postimg.cc/9Q4tjPX5/Immagine4.png (I loaded disk 1)
3) Contra: doesn't work...i still have this https://postimg.cc/47SxMRMW

thank you

2 looks like you need to insert the proper disk. This is a multiple disk game.
3 use the ROM image instead of the crack on disk

That's the last original MSX to ever leave a factory. It has all on board. RAM, audio, speed, etc.
