AFAIK There's an (almost) exact version of Antarctic Adventure on the NES (IIRC music is different thou)

Antarctic Adventure, yes, but not Penguin Adventure. Penguin Adventure is an MSX exclusive (and a much better game!).

Oh! Just thought of another really notable MSX-exclusive game: Shalom.

Some others (AFAIK) never were ported to other systems - and which I personally enjoyed as a kid:

- The Goonies (there is The Goonies on other platforms - which are a copy of the same, but different than the MSX release, game - and some say the MSX version is better than the version released on other platforms!) EDIT: Not an exclusive, as the DOS version is identical
- Barnstormer
- Shark Hunter (already mentioned)

Some other games made by Electric Software might be exclusives, but I'm not certain which ones (I've also tried Buzz Off!, which hasn't been ported to other platforms AFAIK. But I never got it, i.e. how the game is supposed to be played, so it wasn't that much fun).

Oh, I noticed F-1 Spirit series (well actually two games, if you don't count A-1 spirit) was not mentioned yet!

I never knew there actually is a Game Boy port / similarly named game, which is not a port per se, though.

EDIT: Fixed the parenthesed URL

I don't know if it's the same game, but there's a Barnstormer on other platforms as well -- I distinctly remember playing it as a kid, I think on Atari 2600 (but maybe TI computer?).

After a bit googling it seems the The Goonies is same on DOS and MSX (but other versions are radically different, although there seem to be more than two different games on various platforms).

I googled about Barnstormer on other Atari 2600, it seems to be called Barnstorming and seems radically different. That doesn't mean a port does not exist, I just haven't seen one Smile

(btw. I do recommend trying Barnstormer for something different ... the tune will get annoying and the plane seems to be difficult to control since the devs wanted to simulate unfair airbumps or something, otherwise it plays quite well!)

Actually, after a bit more research, it seems that the DOS realease of Goonies is an unofficial conversion from the 90s. That means that it should actually count as an MSX exclusive!

I have doubts if the NES version of "The Goonies" is too similar to its MSX counterpart to call the latter one an exclusive. What do you guys think?

No, the one mentioned by Wild_Penguin. I didn't mention Maze of Galious and Dragonslayer IV for the same reason, but even more so; apart from the scrolling (and map differences), the NES versions are practically similar games.
