I have just released Bird & Chairs. It is an action game for MSX1.
The object of the game is to throw the chairs at all the enemies. When you get to the 18th floor, you will see a little demo.
The rom file, the bin file and the source file are downloadable from my site.

Am I allowed to add the game to the MSX section of www.File-Hunter.com?

I had never seen SVI-328. I was surprised by the compatibility. Interesting!

It has no specific meaning. Tongue
Recently I saw the TV program of the living chairs and I came up with this.

Yes, this weekend I've been improving the MSX ROM-loader for SVI and I've used these latest products like this one, Slime Center and Tales of Popolon as test case... I'm happy to notice that all these seem to work fine as well...

The process of porting game on the fly from binary to another platform is indeed quite a complex as it is not enough just to support MSX-BIOS routines, separate code from data and change the I/O ports... There are also things like different memory handling and peripherals such as keyboard, joystick etc. that also attach to the system using different methods. Generally where MSX uses one I/O port for reading & writing, SVI uses two etc. Therefore my "self aware, self modifying artificial intelligence" actually does the porting in multiple passes and partly during game execution time.
