Hi MSXers,
I made RMD. It is a vertical scroll shooter for MSX1.
It has 4 areas and a boss.

Wow, Naoki Ito, that is really great! Thank you for adding another great shooter the the MSX shmup arsenal!
Any more info on your game? A web-site perhaps? It's worthy of a homepage news article here on MRC for sure.

Yes, they are the games I made.
Most games were made more than 10 years ago. Recently I have started making MSX games again after knowing ccZ80++.

RMD stands for Raiden Modoki.
Influenced by Zevimodoki, I tried to make a game similar to the classic shooter Raiden. "Modoki" means "imitate" in Japanese.

I played till stage 4. Honestly difficult to distinguish between enemies and background, especially fixed enemies. Strongly recommend you to apply distinct design policy. For example, enemies looks mechanical but background does bionic... etc. I'm sure that will radically improve the impression much better.
