Old rumours and an already known photo, showed that a Robocop - MSX2 version was made in Korea.
Now... I think I've found a strong evidence, look at this page:

It's the SMS version. But probably it looks exactly the same.

Graphics are more msx1 than msx2. Are we sure that it's a SG-1000 version? (the same VDP of msx1)

It does not work on pre-SMS machines (checked in blueMSX), so it uses specific SMS tricks, even if the screen is probably the 'standard' screen 2, not the specific SMS screen.

the sega sg-1000 does not have screen 4. so in standard mode there is in place the 4 sprites/sscanline limit..... Flickering a go-go!
