SofaRun 2.7 "SofaSet" edition released

I've just released a new version of SofaRun, available for download on my website.

Changes from v2.7 are:

Added new "SofaSet" tool to control and change your MSX2 ClockChip settings.

Added a "Quick Launch" option to launch applications without browsing:

Applications can be added in SR.INI file:

Added FRS's excellent JoyTest tool in the Quick Launchers.
Added a new "Erase VRAM" option to erase VRAM to 0 before launching a game (might help for some flawed-games).
Finally fixed character-set bug on Arabic MSX machines:

F**********ck ! That's 2.7 of course. I was a bit in a rush putting different tools online today. Could an admin change the title of this thread (also the sentence "Changes from v2.7" to "Changes from v2.6") ?

Title fixed. Thank you Louthrax for this fantastic tool. I was too lazy to start using SofaRun for the first time but once I did there is no turning back. Seeing your are integrating more and more features every time, consider making a new SofaMultimente program style .

I'm usually adding things that I need for my gaming purposes. The "Copy/Paste/Delete" menu in SofaRun to hande files&directories is quite minimal but does the job in most cases (maybe lacking multi-selection, which could also be useful to launch multi-files).
The thing I'm missing right now is a "modern", simple and fast text viewer & editing tool (to modify .BAT or .INI files). With Shift+cursor to select text, CTRL+X/C/V for copy paste, CTRL+s to save... I'm currently providing SofaRun with VEDIT, which is great, but the key combinations are a pain to remember (and the display is also quite slow). That might be my next project

Just thought I'd note one thing: the opfxsd.com in your latest SofaRun package is version 1.13, but the version on http://www.msxcartridgeshop.com/ is already up to 1.18.

Indeed, thanks a lot for Sofarun. Running it now on my Terasic Altera DE1. I however have some problems with running most of the roms. When running them from Sofarun it will exit to DOS (in 40 columns mode even). When running EXECROM from the commandline the same ROMs start without problems.
