@Guillian
I followed step by step the SCC detect code by Alwin Henseler I posted a page above using openmsx 0.11.0 and your MegaFlashRomSD+SCC but the scc chip is not detected.
I get 0xFFh all the time (i.e.e no SCC), no matter what I do for the rest of the settings (RAM and ROM slots).
The same code works using the plain SCC and SCC+ extensions.
Do you have any hint ?
There seem to have been no significant changes in the MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD code after that revision... but there were about 180 other changes in openMSX, so perhaps it's one of those... You can find out by bisecting using the builds on the openMSX builder site, if you really want to know which change caused the 'fix'.
@ARTRAG
It works on real hardware (turbo R ST with Uridium in slot 1 and MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD in slot 2) So I don't know why it does not work.
Where does it fail when you trace it? Is the MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD slot expanded?
Do you have something flashed in the MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD?
I run it on real hardware with the same configuration.
I don't know how I could trace this. I have no Roms booting on the MegaFlashRom.
The game starts, I can go through the menus but it crashes during the star field transition.
Fred you have mail
Hi Artrag!
Do you mean email? If so I can't find it.
Fred.
I've mailed to the email you have used for booking the cart.
I will send you again the same email again today.

Now, the repro factory can also add SN76489 sounds to the MSX version.
I played this pretty much on the C 64. I have to say that the MSX Version is wonderful! I like it!!
