Oh man, yes please! I am actually conversating with Takamichi on finding the original View disks. We are trying to figure out why MSX View actually works on an A1ST without the corresponding fint cartridge, but so far we have only gotten „sort of“ original disks! And I will send the .dsk files to you (as usual) Wink

So far it seems if the ROM is not found it will use the standard KANJI font and compress it to 12x8 pixels (which is of course not as good looking as a font drawn at 12x8 to begin with.

If anyone has the MSX View ROM by any change I would love a dump of it (it seems to be a simple ASCII8 mapper but the size is uncertain, probably 128kB or 256kB).

The System disk are fully original.
The MSX view disks (I just took a closer look) are problably not 100% original either, since they are (c) Jan van Valburg.
There is another original disk: Hibrid for the Sony HB-F700.
