@syn: I really doubt older versions has that problem.
Pencioner has a Wavy 70FD and MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD. Do you have the same problems? Can you use the cartridge?
At least the older FlashROM SCC (no scc+ and no sd) is working fine on Wavy (tried that and it's working ok). And i didn't try new MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD at Wavy yet (only on floppyless computers). I'll try soon and report the results.
OK, the latest MegaFlashROM (2 SD slots + 512K RAM version) is working without any issues on Wavy 70FD - i tried flashing rom, multirom, and dsk - all is fine. Though my Wavy is modified (512K version from Daniel Correa (thank to him for a computer in near mint shape though) - i dunno if this makes an impact for my testing.
P.S. Though, i've got some issues with running flashed dsk images on russian Yamaha YIS503, but i'll report in MegaFlashROM thread, not here
Thanks Pencioner!
The RAM expansion in the computer should not affect.

Do you actually hear SCC sound? Because I asked around for this problem a while back and someone said it may be that the SCC sound is just too soft in volume to be audible on the wavy 70. (I don't recall having problem with konami SCC's on this one though but I haven't used my msx in 20+ years)
I actually hear SCC sound (played a Nemesis 1 SCC version from Konami disks collection flashed, and you know, at least the sound of laser is way too different on SCC to be mixed up with PSG sound)
I also remember someone saying he can't hear the SCC in the Wavy. Perhaps it also has a problem in the sound mixer like some Philips.
