Yes I decided to sell my youth oO
And as I cant find any comparable items anywhere, I would think some of you Guy's have ideas.

I think I have a VERY exclusive Turbo R GT here, as I got it still boxed, with RGB and if needed an SVHS cable Smile
But what makes it special, I also have the manuals and disc of MSX-VIEW that originally was sold with it, but nobody wanted, for the transport costs. Also still got the waranty slip with it.
Its 1 of the VERY first 5 GT's that arived at MSX Club Gouda, and as far as I know they where the first in NL who got them.

Also recently with the help of my friend, known here as WORP3 Smile Just fitted a new drivebelt, and tested my Illusion City and Gazel, and it workt perfectly Nishi

And to top it all, I got the Original Panasonic Mouse ( was sold seperatly) and not so interesting, but maby hyped for the collectors, even got the box of the mouse BA-team

I can see 1 FS-A1-ST on Ebay now for a whopping $700,- oO and thats plain system in a box.
So can I think 800? Or am I really pushing my luck then? Smile

Oh and a Philips Music module? Or is that market killed of by WORP3's Midipack? Smile

I think you could get something like 500-600 euros from it, maybe about 100 euros more if it's really in very good condition with mint box etc.

I just checked ebay and found out that all the overprized stuff is located in Japan. It seems they think they're sitting on a gold mine there. Luckily a lot of that stuff got imported to Europe while the items still went for a normal price.
You do have something nice and complete there (weren't there one or two games among which Seed of Dragon) sold with a turbo R computer or does my memory fail me now?), but the prices on ebay are totally exorbitant.

MIDI PAC hasn't wasted any market, neither MSX Music (which it supports) nor MSX Audio (which I'm curious to know if that chip could be supported as well, giving me some more channels in Moonblaster Wink )

Seed of Dragon was bundled with the ST.
Midipack only converts fmpack instructions to midi not psg.
I bought illusion city with this one. Seperately.

Meits: if you want to buy from Japan, you need to look at the local auction sites (or local second-hand stores like HardOff), not Ebay.

Searching Yahoo.co.jp for "MSX" gave at least this (somehow broken) Panasonic turboR GT.
http://page22.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/l199243470

The problem with local Japanese auctions is, the buyer should in practice be in Japan and talk Japanese. ;) Getting the locally auctioned things bought and shipped outside Japan adds a lot to the cost. Unless you have special personal contacts. (And you need to know enough Japanese to find out that the thing linked above is said to be broken...)

Edit: Google Translate is your friend. :) This is what it can make of the text:

Quote:

Junk Panasonic FS-A1GT MSX turboR Manufactured by: Panasonic Model number: FS-A1GT Size (about): W42 × D27.5 × H8.5 (cm) I was able to electrification verification, but the output to the screen could not be there at all. (Using our motion 確用 monitor) There is a leak marks in the battery compartment part on the bottom. (Ninth piece see photos) It will be electrification only verification, present condition exhibition...
