I think that in this matter it is best to write to Eugene - the designer. If I am not wrong.

I contacted him to order one, but he is not able to ship a cartridge to a European country anymore and I’m not able to transfer money to his bank account. Unless anyone has a (legal) creative way to solve these two problems, my best chance of getting a GR8Net cartridge is to buy it from someone that owns a GR8Net, but is not using it anymore.
