I decided to add some detailing to my Konami collection after I made a check and noted several registration cards missing.

Few types of different registration cards do exist, but they are pretty generic. On carton boxed games similar card was used for several games and for the later releases (big plastic boxes) the issue is same, but cards were even more generic - same cards were not used only for MSX games, but also for example PC-98 (there is a field for the computer system).

So, if you have reg cards laying around and want to sell them (I can offer money or game(s) in trade) - send me a message. It wont matter which card you have, as long as it's in good condition - I'll figure out later for which games I can use the card.

Below is an example picture, texts and other layout may vary a bit, but size is always like a small post card (fits easily into all type of Japanese Konami game boxes) and they are black and white. There is also text on other side of card:

I have one with my SD Snatcher game, but it's quite yellowed.

If you want to let it go: Please, put it on a sheet of plain white paper and take a picture for me. Send the picture and your asking price by E-mail. I can then evaluate how yellowish it is and consider your price...

Small project done yesterday:

I scanned both sides of one registration card, OCR'ed both pics, (fast) checked OCR'ed text and then google-translated all.

I can now confirm that the registration cards are really generic, nothing about a specific game mentioned in them. The game name is actually added by hand to the card.

I found interesting that on other side there was an questionnaire about what the buyer liked the game, was it too difficult, game contents, graphics, musics etc. And also in the end there was a field "what game would you wish to be ported for MSX?"
