The first generation midi-pac is/looks to be still available at Supersoniqs.com
If you wait a bit, the second generation will be released. It's in its final stage (waiting for production) and worth the wait.

@Meits Are you sure the first gen is still available? I ordered more than a year ago and was told they sold out. Waiting for the MIDI PAC 2 now anyway

The Supersoniqs site didn't tell me otherwise, but it seemed a bit weird so close before release of the new version. Therefore I wrote "is/looks to be"

Most important update is that it now translates PSG data to MIDI as well. Clean PSG audio gives the best result. That goes without saying, so don't expect weird tricks on PSG to go well
Close folow-up on importance is that WORP3 managed to squeeze way more instruments through the cable. So in stead of earlier you could choose to use two different piano's on your synth.
A lot of tiny issues from the old version were fixed. Think things not everybody would hear.
