I've updated shipping options, should be good now. It's saying shipping to Netherlands is $14 though. Beats me why it's so expensive, but that's the cheapest option in there.
I was unable to find one last year when I wanted to build a soundcard for ZX Spectrum. I ended up buying ISA soundcard from Ebay for $80 from this guy https://www.ebay.com/itm/144935249841
and using desoldered chip. There was another option for $60 though. Then few months later I found a seller from Japan (they are out of stock now) who was selling NOS chips for $25, so I bough few chips from them, soldered one back into ISA card and ebayed it for $80 :)
