I have for sale a pretty rare Yamaha SRG-01 RGB Unit. Tested and working well. It works on both NTSC and PAL machines. On a PAL machine the colors are slightly off (the same as on a JVC HC-7GB which probably uses the same circuit). It was originally sold for use with the Japanese Yamaha CX-5F computer but works on all computers with a 60 pin module slo. It takes the Y, B-Y and R-Y signals from the module slot to create the RGB signal. The module has the standard DIN8 output found on most MSX2 and higher models (including the CX7M for instance). The price is €200.

If you are interested please send me an e-mail. The address is on my profile page.

Well sorry it does not work with CX5MU (North American CX5M) at least not as intended. These machines have a V9918 so no Y, B-Y and R-Y. In fact it will instead use the composite video as Y and you get B/W stripped image.

Are you sure all of them have TMS9918A?

This mainboard has TMS9918A. The board specifies at TMS9928A and optional TMS9918A:

On the wiki page of the TMS9928 there is a photo which seems to be from a CX-5M as well:

Is the CX-5MU / CX-5MC board the same as the CX-5F? Maybe it is possible to replace the 9918A with a 9928A? It may require some additional changes which could be derived from the CX-5F.
