Bluemsx debugger problem with JR instruction on konami megaroms.

Conditional breakpoints and memory and i/o watchpoints are on the todo list. I'm currently quite busy with other projects such as msxdev so it may take a little while before its implemented but its definitely on the high priority list.

Saving breakpoints sounds like an easy feature to support so that should be availabe soon too.
