Strange, because when I use our currency calculator (from the Netherlands) i really do get 53,88 Smile
Oh well, not that important anyway.

Without it, playing games on an iPhone is no fun at all, unless the games are sort of angry birds Smile

For me (i paid the full 84 euro's) it's worth every "penny".
To be able to play msx games everywhere is a wish come through.

Aren't there lots of similar (and cheaper) Chinese devices available on sites like DX ?

Yup, others are all crap. You can buy a look-a-like iPhone for only $50,- but i don't think you're actually gonna buy that.
The price of the iCP mainly consist of the BT-chip and the build in battery which can recharge your phone battery as well. (when fully charged of course). These components are high quality, so you can enjoy your product for a long time. They are sturdy build and it would not surprise me if it would last a lifetime. Oh, for the record, I own one : )

I've mailed my testresults to Rakashazi. So on my end, the release of the MSX.emu in Cydia will not take long anymore : )

There will be another beta, so the beta testers will all receive a copy to test it.

The beta is so far working great. Set up my iPhone on my Samsung 40" and playing SpaceManBow on the couch with my iControlPad. Works like a charm! LOL!

Hey guys, just a quick status update. I've finished adding Disk support and the Insert/Eject GUI for swapping ROMs/Disks at runtime (plugging in an SCC cart or switching disks for example). Next I'll work on the input code and on-screen keyboard. We're definitely getting closer to a release Smile

For those curious about what devices will be supported:
iOS: Any jailbroken device running 3.1+
Android: Any device running 1.6+
WebOS: Palm Pre and Pixi phones

Also, started a twitter account a few days ago where you can get updates regarding any of my apps.

Here's a few new screenshots of MSX.emu, I'm pretty much in testing mode now and will try to release it soon. The major updates from people using the beta include: Disk support, IO controls for inserting/ejecting devices, customizable machine type (MSX1 to TurboR), on-screen keyboard, hardware buttons (keyboard, wiimote, icontrolpad) can be mapped to any keyboard button, 2-player support.

Thinking Android will probably be the first one out. I'll also record a new video showing how ROM/disk-swapping works :)

1) For how much will you be selling this?
2) If you are selling this how much of the proceeds will go towards the people who put a lot of time and effort into making this emu?
3) Do you have a list of credits inside the emulator crediting everyone who made a contribution to the emu?

1) Around $8 depending on the platform
2) This version is released under the GPL and was ported without assistance from the devs so there's no specific revenue agreement, but I have no problem funding new improvements to BlueMSX with the proceeds. Also, a future non-GPL App Store release will have a specific agreement in place.
3) The emulator credits BlueMSX in the about screen, and the description on the Market will state it's a derived work just as I do for all my other ports. The 4 donors, in order of the amount they contributed, are: Kaziebo, Marco, Sean, and Raul.

I'll make the source code for the initial version (1.4.1) available by request since I'm doing some more code cleanups and need to send updated patches for dvik to include in BlueMSX SVN. 1.4.2's source will be posted to my site upon release.
