Add SSL to your site?
Anyway, a bit more on topic...
Not being very succesfull yet... LOL... Great quiz for today!
I've had all soul stones except for the the one most to the right. I ran out of tools.
Dan == sick bastard
Thought I had it cracked, still a hammer short (
to reach the exit
)..
(It's required to reach the exit right? )
Looking good tfh (it seems you prefer to play w/o any horizontal stretch?)
(And those that need to upgrade: it isn't that hard to have SSL set up via Certbot (Let's Encrypt))
m*focker, I think I found something..
I wonder if his brother managed to solve it after all these years.
My brother ended up sick of my levels. hope you don't! really enjoying my day off reading your posts
sure you'll succeed. Thanks for playing!

Found something as well, but I didn't benefit of it. Ran into it by accident and didn't find out how to do that a second time.
It kind of feels like this stage has to be done by doing stuff Konami did not intend
I did it!
Omg, quite the ball breaker indeed
This was the quest were the score of the first to finish would get matched with that of the leader, right? 😇
Nice one dan!
Admittedly, this did take the larger part of my Saturday afternoon
I ended up finishing using the MSX1 version, as I wanted to rule out there weren't any behavioral / physics differences between the two. (Didn't seem that way / I didn't notice any )
(MSX1 does have nice animated soul stones btw ) (Hmm... FRS patch wish list..
)
* and I might have found an openMSX bug: I've got black KV2 MSX1 screenshots (running on 8250) - KV2 MSX2 sshots were fine. (UPD: this seems to be an SDL renderer issue, screenshots fine after switching to SDLGL-PP)
@Meits:
there's a specific trick that is required here.. I'm not sure if Konami (deliberately) applied that trick to the game's levels (at some point), as I never played through them all... (Perhaps Dan knows?) Anyway, it's nothing too exotic so to say, and it's not in the realm of abusing some obscurity or glitch, but you do have to make use of a certain mechanic/trait
(minor spoiler, small hint, nothing big
)
Anyway, pretty clever level design by dan here, as I tried / had to try various approaches until the final solution revealed itself (so to say)
i feel the need to skip on this one nevertheless. I got a lot of other not important things to do
TFH is not passing, just couldn't solve it!
But had fun trying nonetheless!
