Congratulations Manuel!
What is the mapper type you are using on that cartridge?
I think it autodetects as Konami 8k mapper.
The non-patched version works correctly.

Try to force SCC mapper.

Whoops, I thought I missed something but apperently 5 years ago I did
I tried running on the MSX Turbo R A1 GT but the game crashes after giving the Start.
I tried to run with SofaRun and ExecRom. In Slot B I put an SCC cartridge (SD Snatcher).
My hardware:
MSX Turbo R A1GT
SD Mapper / Megaram 512kB
SCC SD-Snatcher
Can anyone help me with this issue?

It may be as simple as the rom file you used was not a clean/good dump. Try the patch on an alternate rom file and see if that goes through after starting the game (had this last week with the Nemesis 3 patch). You can also check the patched rom in an emulator to see if it works there, or shows the same error.
I tested it on blueMSX and it worked. In real MSX did not work.
You must insert your SCC+ cartridge in slot 1.
BlueMSX does not emulate the SCC correctly. If you reverse the cartridges, voices will be played while this is not the case on a real Turbo R.
Salamander (also Nemesis 3) works fine with a Megasram SCC containing the game in slot 2 and the second SCC (an SCC+ in our case) in slot 1 on FS-A1ST. It should work too on the FS-A1GT.
I tested both slot 0 and slot 1 and the same problem occurs. The game crashes early on. I also tested on my 2+ WSX and the same problem occurs, ie it does not work.
In the blueMSX emulator it works, not the real MSX.
