Hi!

I've been fooling around a bit and the result is an on-line image conversion tool based on previous Artrag's developments as well as my own.

MSXizador at Retroclasificados Labs.

You can use directly your smartphone camera and produce MSX-selfies in no time!

Choose color palette, conversion style and see the result in a few seconds. And you can download the result in MSX-friendly formats: BLOADable BIN, BLOADable CAS or ROM.

I'll keep adding or removing features (dithering, MP3 export, etc.) until I get bored of playing with it.

By the way: I've got the TMS9928 colors right (openmsx forum), but I'd like to add proper TMS9918 and V9938 colours. Do you have them in RGB values somewhere? Thank you!

I tried to convert the image below but too many details disappear.

Having said that, no other software converts it correctly, and your method seems better than others.

Thank you for testing the tool! It is far from perfect, but it works and is always online, and that's a plus.

If you add some more contrast the the dragon image, so that the two reds of the wings are not so similar, the converted would do a better job, I guess.

I slightly modified to convert it screen2 but I did not succeed. No converter can properly do it. I will retry with more contrast next time.
