Just curious, where are the two joystick connectors on the board? I only see one? is hte 2nd a header needing a joystick connector?

It is a header. I use an old pinheader to serial port cable.

After upgrading GR8NET to fw v0.8 the reset issue was resolved!

Just to add that with a center-positive PSU the board (rev 3.5a) works fine too. There isn't much info about this (excellent) board around!
