Xracing V1 I only get the joystick 1 trigger working or any joystick response at this screen. All other screens I had to use the keyboard.

Aha, that's clear. Thanks! In that case, it works exactly like that in openMSX now!

Now i noticed the first screen line is in missing in TV mode.
Is this om purpose?

I asked mth who wrote that scaler. Note that the last work done on it was around 2010, and the scaler itself was first introduced in 2006.

If you look closely you can see the first line is there, but it's overlapping with the border. I guess it's some artifact that was never 'ironed out' yet.

Hi all,
I'm not an MSX guy so I want to be sure about how implementing the R7 in the players of Arkos Tracker 2. To sum up this thread, if I set bit 7 and reset bit 6 of R7, everything will be fine on the hardware (and emulators)?
Or should I bother read R7 at the beginning of the frame and OR its bit7/6 to the output of the frame?

Just ensure that “10” is written in the top two bits of register 7.
